I'm sorry but I can only order a returns bag from an account on our billing system but I can't find an account with the Information that you've provided. Did you receive paper bills (from TalkTalk) or did you receive them by email?
OK thanks. I can only suggest keeping hold of the router for a few weeks and let us know if you do get billed (I don't think you will). If you don't get billed for the router then feel free to dispose of it via your normal recycling service.
I need to return my router as I've moved house and talk talk does not provide services to my new address.
How do I go about that please as I need a returns bag and there's no where on this community to order one.
