I have just been on the phone to cancel my wifi and they said they will send me out a box to return everything but I forgot to mention that I wont be living in the current property that is on my account when the stuff is sent so is there somewhere that I can put a new address?
I have added my new address on my private notes section on this accounts personal details but I dont know if that will do anything

You could try ringing back on the number you used to cancel.
Also the Royal Mail provide a mail redirection service which enables you to get your post redirected to your new address. Details can be found here:
