Returns Packaging Required

 I have recently moved to a new supplier, I need to send my equipment back but have no box or bag to return it, can someone from TT assist, tried through the webchat but they cannot help as my services have already been disconnected.

I've requested that a returns bag is sent, please allow 48hrs for this to arrive.

I'm sorry but if you've already moved to a new supplier we're not going to be able send a returns bag as we need an active account. If you no longer want the router I would just dispose of it via your normal waste/recycling service
