Hello. I've got the Sagem F5364 but it's been unplugged for a while due to using a 3rd party router. I'm now using it again and wanted to check it had the latest firmware version installed. How can I check this?
Thanks.

Hi @Shaneee
Interesting. The Wi-Fi Hub is normally set to communicate with the update server every 3 days to see if an update is available.
I'll alert the TalkTalk team to take a look see and try to push an update to the Hub.
...and I see that Debbie has speedily replied.

The version it's on is SG4K10001400t
TR-069 settings have not been changed. Thanks for the reply.

Hi @Shaneee
Call up the router admin page here.
Bottom of the sign in page you'll see the version. SG4K10001E00t is current.
If you leave the Wi-Fi Hub powered and connected then by the end of the week, assuming you've left the TR-069 Client switched on - both Enable and Inform with default settings - then the software should be updated automatically.
