One of my kids accidentally spilt something on router and its not working at all, just making a hissing noise. Need a new one, how do I go about getting a replacement one as soon as possible as kids going mad here without internet

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
