Router broken

Hello,

The on/off button on my router is broken and to keep the router on it needs to be pressed in to work. Have put a temporary fix in place but would like to know if this could be repaired.

Many thanks, Kerry

Hi

I'll get a replacement router out to you.

Thanks

Apologies @Chris-TalkTalk I have now done this. My 'fix' failed this morning causing the router to switch off during my work from home! Have used extra tape to keep the push button in but would appreciate a longer term fix!

Many thanks, Kerry

Hi Kerrys621,

Could you just check the telephone that you've entered in your profile, it appears to have a digit to many

Hi Kerry,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Chris
