Following yesterday's storms, router is now completely dead (no power).
I've run the network connection tests and troubleshooting which confirms it is an issue within the home rather than the line to my home.

How do I please arrange for a replacement router to be sent to me?

If the router is dead (no lights) and you have tried it in multiple plug sockets, the staff here will be able to arrange a replacement for you, they should be able to respond to this post tomorrow to assist further.
