I think the power button on my router is broken. It can be difficult to turn the router on. I also experience occasional short outages. I have checked the power supply and that seems ok. Who do I contact, and how, to sort this out

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
