Router keeps cutting out

My router keeps cutting out! No internet , red light comes on! Few minutes later it comes back on! Talk talk keeps saying your line is fine! This is happening several times a day now! What can I do?

Hi @Defender,

 

Can you explain exactly what the light(s) do on the router, i.e. do you have a model of router with one single light, or one with multiple lights, if it has multiple lights which light(s) change when you have the problem.

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
