Router not delivered

Broadband was supposed to be delivered on Monday, it was not. Then received an email saying “congratulations your live and ready to go” which it wasn’t. I have also just received an email for the breakdown of my bill for WiFi I do not have!

 

if anyone could help with this that would be great!
