Router not updating?

Hi,

 

From what I understand TalkTalk updates all routers automatically as long as Remote Management is enabled, I recently re-enabled this to hopefully enable TalkTalk to update my router firmware, but after ~48 hours no update as yet, here's the router's details:

 

Product type: HG633

Hardware version: H.1.01

Software version: v1.15t

 

Could I please ask if my routers firmware could be updated?

The firmware update keeps failing, apologies for this.

 

Please can you factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds? I can then try this again.

Thank you. I've tried the update again but it still keeps failing.

 

I can send a replacement router and a returns bag for your current router, would you like me to arrange this?

This is now showing as correctly updated.
