I have ordered Talk Talk fibre broadband a month ago. They have sent the router in a parcel service as it was plug ang play. But I didn't receive the router. The Yodel Parcel Service is very poor and they lost it. I have been contacting them regularly but no update.
Yodel doesn't respond properly.
It has been frustrating. I would require that free router again. I have reported it back to Talk Talk as well. But no response as of now.
