Router power adapter stopped working 2 nights ago. I woke up yesterday to no internet and after checking with a multimeter, the power adapter doesn't provide any power to the router. I had a spare 12v 1.5a adapter and tried with that and the router powered up. I am trying to find a way to reach the support to get a new adapter replacement, but there is no darn way to contact them expect posting here. Hope it reaches someone 😕

Many thanks for your reply. Sorry I didn't see this in time.
I have not spoken to your team about this yet. Can you please send me a replacement? I appreciate it.

Sorry for the delay. Have you spoken with our Live Chat team?
I can send a replacement router which will include new cables and a returns bag for your current router. Would you like me to arrange this?

Many thanks for your reply and the link. I don't know why I couldn't find the chat link yesterday, and didn't want to spend an hour waiting on the phone. If nobody gets back to me here, I'll try the chat link.

If your power supply has failed then the staff here will be able to help, they can't just send out a power supply, but they will be able to send you a new router together with all the cables, they will hopefully be able to respond to this post within a working day or two. You may get faster support from the live chat or by phoning up during opening hours.
