Hi, I've received a replacement sagemcom fast5364 & I'm getting a message saying it needs updating. Can someone help please? Thanks

We do have new firmware being rolled at the moment. This is being completed in batches.

 

Please can you keep your router powered up all the time and your firmware will be automatically updated (usually this is completed overnight)

I'm losing Internet access periodically, which is the issue i was having before the new router but its only shown the software update message on the line check tonight. I've not logged into the router

OK, have you not logged into the router? Is it working? Those messages can be erroneous. 

 

Are you otherwise having issues with your service?
