Hi guys been on to TalkTalk chat for last few weeks as my speed keeps dropping down to about 2mbps I’m on the faster fibre, I know for a fact the router is faulty but every time I ring or chat the bloody thing works fine so they won’t send a new one

The two super routers are both current and, in the event of failure, replacement models are issued free of charge on a like for like basis. The Hub is available as a paid for upgrade.
