Hi guys been on to TalkTalk chat for last few weeks as my speed keeps dropping down to about 2mbps I’m on the faster fibre, I know for a fact the router is faulty but every time I ring or chat the bloody thing works fine so they won’t send a new one

Ah I see, how much to upgrade to the hub then as I’ve seen it’s got great reviews

The two super routers are both current and, in the event of failure, replacement models are issued free of charge on a like for like basis. The Hub is available as a paid for upgrade.

We have 2 Super Routers which are the DSL3782 and HG633 router and we have the Wifi Hub.

It’s a super router D-Link dsl 3782 looks same as my old one that’s why I was asking lol
