SamKnows whitebox disconnected

Hi,

 

Back in the days before Fibre, when we felt it was a good day when we had a speed in excess of 1.5Mb, TalkTalk supplied a SamKnows whitebox. Everything was ok  - Connected HG-633 to whitebox, and then everything else to Whitebox. When Fibre finally arrived - pretty constant speed at the PCs of over 35Mb.

 

Recently speeds dropped to less tham 3Mb at PCs, and finally found thast by-passing the whitebox speeds returned (I also changed the HG-333 to a TP-Link router in a hope of improving WiFi, but that hasn't made any difference).

 

Now running ok, so I need to know what happens about the whitebox, as can't find the documentation that came with it.
