I'm sorry to hear this. Would you like us to send a Huawei Wifi Hub for testing purposes? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.

I have the TTSCOMFAST5364-3 wifi router. The light is always white whilst I am having these problems.

 

The router isn't resetting by itself - it's me who's resetting it, and I have to do so to get it working again. This has happened around 2-3 times a week for the past month or so.

What make of router do you have ?

What do the light(s) do on the router whilst you are having these problems ?

 

When you say 'Frequent Router Resets', what do you mean, are you saying the router is resetting/restarting by itself, or are you having to restart the router to get it working again ?

 

The TalkTalk staff on this community will be able to help, they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
