Slow broadband speed

Hi

My broadband speed is currently download 0.7 and upload 0.3 tested from supportal-test.co.uk.

I have logged this speed to my account. Service check is showing fault one minute and ok the next. I am plugged straight into router.

Can you have a look into this please?

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks consistent. Just to confirm, are you running the speed tests wired or wireless?

Running tests wired all morning been around 0.7 d/l and 0.3 u/l.

Just done another since your reply and its back up at 2.7 d/l and 0.7 u/l

No nothing else running or connected while doing speedtest

Wireless. I got a download and upload speed less than 0.5 on thursday

I'm sorry to hear this. The sync speed looks stable and there are very few errors on the line. How does the wired speed compare?

Speed has picked up to a decent download speed now, so all ok for now thanks
