Slow connection speed

Hi,

 

My incoming connection speed has dropped from about 10Mbps to 1.5Mbps (figure taken from router settings page). I called TalkTalk yesterday and asked them to run a line test but no fault was found. I have tried my router and also a known good router in the test socket but the speed is exactly the same.

 

I would like to make an 'optimise DLM' request so hopefully my original sync speed can be restored.

Thanks Debbie - that did the trick and I am now getting 17Mbps download speeds!

I've optimised your connection and the sync speed has increased to 20mb.

 

Please let us know how the connection/speed compares following this.
