Solid red light on router for 6 hours and counting

My fibre broadband has been down since 10pm. Iv tried turning it off for an hour, iv run a line test and it says you have detected a problem and you need my help to fix it. The router has a solid red light

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is showing in sync.
