Specific sites being blocked

As many of us are at the moment, I'm working from home. I cannot get into a specific website where my company hosts some of its apps. I can access it through my mobile phone and even public Wifi connections, but not TalkTalk. I've tried turning Scam Protection off but that doesn't seem to work. Anybody know what I can do?

 

For info the error says "This site can’t be reached, X.com’s server IP address could not be found. Try: Checking the proxy, firewall and DNS configuration or Running Windows Network Diagnostics.

 

My company say it's nothing on their side, and indeed if I connect my company laptop to my mobile phone's hotspot, it works fine.

Hi pirap,

 

Do you use a VPN to connect to this? Have you tried switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then retested as this will reset the current session?

Hi,

 

Thanks for your reply. I am using a VPN but disabling it still does not work (I have also tried with other laptops/phones without VPN and still cannot load the site). I have tried switching off the router as suggested and still have the same problem unfortunately.

Hi,

 

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
