After that router checks, please plug it into the test socket on the master box..... It goes on and on but at the end you will get a result. Good luck.
I'm sorry to hear this. Are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line? Is the router connected to the master socket? Do you have any extension sockets? Do you have an alternative router that you can test with?
The voice service is working even when the broadband is off.
The router is connected to the master socket and the installation has only been having problems for the past few weeks, before then it was fine.
Restarting the router restores the connection without making any changes to anything else.
Do the lights change on your router when the connection drops?
How many telephone sockets do you have? Do you have anything connected to your telephone socket(s) in addition to your router?
