I was meant to have an engineer visit yesterday to get my internet connected but they didn't turn up yesterday or today. I have rung the customer service line multiple times over the past 2 days and no help with getting started. I have has no contact from talktalk updating me and now the customer service line and online are both shut. I know it's a terrible time but I need to be able to work from home. There is just no contact or advice from talktalk and that just makes everyone so much more anxious. 

 

I have a router, main phone socket and everything in place - just need someone to work their magic! The property has never been connected to internet or phone which may be the problem...
