My broadband has just stopped. Help.

Your line is showing in sync and connected for just over 14 hours.

 

Please can you try rebooting the router?

saying on the talktalk site there is a problem with my broadband and to ring but I find its gets sorted faster here. Can you help please?

Hi Trad1970,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Just to confirm, do you have a dial tone? Is there any noise on the line? Do you have an alternative router that you can test with? Does your master socket also have a test socket?
