To my (and many others’) dissatisfaction, my broadband and phone suddenly stopped working! I’ve tried everything to remedy the situation, including installing new cables, microfilter and socket. This is extremely disappointing and very inconvenient timing. There’s an enforced lockdown and being a large household, the situation seems untenable.
