I signed up for TT Band 18 March. Twice I got a TT text msg promising me a call, which never comes. I reply to these text msgs - but again no reply. Try to Login, but TT website truncates my email address and then refuses me login. Aged 75 and one of the 1.5M Shielding, I really need this broadband connection! I have a BT Home Hub 3.0 here and have noted TT's required settings for a non-TT router. What do I do to get TT to get Openreach to go to the BT cabinet and make my TT new connection go live?

Awaiting initial connection as new customer. So I do not have a landline or a
number yet. That is the point. Talk Talk 3 times say they will call me but never do so. I reply to their message but TT operator never responds.
