Talk Talk not available at my new address

I'm currently half way through a 24 month contract with Talk Talk for fibre broadband. We are very happy with our service however, we are moving in to a new build house and Talk Talk is not available at our new address. I'm unsure what to do and can't afford any large cancellation costs, as we would take Talk Talk with us if we could. Please help.

The cancellation charges run at much less than the normal full price per month:

I'm sorry TalkTalk is not available at the location you are moving to. This is not something that we can change of course and I would advise you speak with out Customer Loyalty Teams.
