Hi could someone from Talk talk please help me please, I ordered broadband through Topcashback with an £85 incentive to be paid after signing up.

Its been 9 weeks since I ordered it and my cashback is still pending. 

 

I have spoken twice on live chat to advisors who just keep referring me to the company that provides vouchers, who have said they don't have any involvement with the cashback. 

 

I'd like to see where I'm at please and how much longer I should expect to wait.

It's normally at least 90 days before it's issued, but definitely worth keeping an eye on this. An OCE  will reply during normal business hours, @Hayle111.

You are eligible but as Gliwmaeden2 has mentioned rewards can take upto 90 days as per the Terms and conditions below.

  • It will take up to 90 days after the original purchase date for your purchase to be verified as eligible for a rewards. We strongly recommend letting this 90-day period pass before querying the status of your rewards.
     

As Your original order was placed 17/07/2020 please wait 90 days from then we can query it at that point.

Ive recently checked my voicemails and I had one from a gentleman at talk talk regarding my cashback, he asked me to call back but I didnt catch the number. Is there any progress?

The call was basically to advise you to wait the full 90 days before we can start to investigate. 

 

It still 74 days since your order, so just a bit longer to wait before we can query it.
