Hi, i upgraded account and received text for activating talk talk tv box also received email, how do i request a tv box?

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 


  • Name

  • Telephone number

  • Alternative contact number

Is this not showing under pending orders in your account and was you advised with a delivery date for your TV box when you upgraded?

Talktalk staff will be back in the morning, to help them locate your account please ensure your profile is up-to-date.
