Track fault and no service

Hi

I have no broadband and after doing the usual checks yesterday was informed by text that I have a track fault. Do the engineers work over weekends or am I stuck without any service until sometime next week?

 

I've requested an update by replying to the SMS but so far nothing.

 

I'd appreciate any help.

Some good news - an engineer turned up this morning and quickly identified the problem - the gas people had dug a hole and  gone through the cable! Hopefully he'll have it fixed soon. Others in the road were affected so presumably it became a priority. Anyway, I'm grateful that it's being sorted.
