Unable to connect to wifi on Laptop following move to Fibre 150

Hi,

I upgraded my broadband to Fibre 150 last week and I'm able to connect all of my devices to wifi with the exception of an old Asus UX305F laptop that is running Windows 10 Home edition.

There is no sign of the network on the laptop when you search for it and the laptop isn't identified on the eero app.

Before the upgrade there was no issues connecting to wifi with the laptop and the wifi is working correctly as I'm able to connect to mobile hotspots etc.

Any ideas what the issue is here and how it can be resolved?

Thanks,

Carl

Is your router broadcasting on both WiFi bands ?

Have you tried the Windows 10 troubleshooters ?

Hi

The fibre upgrade is external and will not affect the router or wifi internally. If other devices are connecting, then I would normally suspect the device.

When you search for wireless networks, is your router shown in the list of available networks to connect to ?

Thanks

Karl.
