Unable to connect using VPN

I am unable to connect my corporate laptop to my TalkTalk router. Apparently this is because my current TalkTalk does not work using a VPN.

 

I have contacted your customer services department regarding this and was told that I needed to raise it again on here in order to be sent an alternative router.
