I have a subscription to CyberGhost but TalkTalk HomeSafe seems to be blocking my use of it (I didn’t have this problem with my previous vpn ExpressVPN) the only way I seem to be able to get round it is to turn HomeSafe off completely, which I’d rather not do. Does anyone have another solution please?

If a component of Home Safe is blocking the connection, then the only option is to turn it off.
Try the home safe settings and see if you can identify which part of home safe is active, is it Kid's safe etc ?
