My router is dropping in and out with an unstable connection. I have 38Mbps in and only 7Mbps to my devices. Some devices on Wi-Fi and TV on ethernet but all are suffering the same slow speed. Last night TV wouldn't connect to streaming services due to low bandwidth.
I have completed all of the tests, changed channels and run more speed tests but with no improvement.
From aprox 6.30pm last night until aprox 9.30am this morning I had no landline. This has now come back.
Attempting to type this has been a chore as the connection keeps dropping out. Assistance please.

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults but I can see re connections on the line.
Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out?
