I've recently received a message saying that I have recently cancelled, but I haven't. How can I stop this happening?

I know there's a phone number but I don't have time to wait around on hold and there doesn't seem to be any other way to contact customer support.

Phoning is probably the quickest way, and anything to do with cancellation/renewal is usually done by phone just now, @sdjknights.
