As I am now working from home due to COVID, my workplace requires me to connect to a VPN so that I can access files on the work server.
Unfortunately, our IT team have tried everything, but I cannot connect to the VPN and was told that the internet is likely interfering. I have tested the same laptop (and Different) on my mobile Data and it works fine, so it not an issue with my laptop.
please could you let me know how to fix this problem
You are using a Dlink 3782 running v1.08t firmware. There was an issue with this specific firmware version, but rather than update it, I will get a different model router to you that will work with VPN services.
