VPN issue

Hi,

I am a new customer and have just tried to log in via my VPN and I’m getting blocked. Having looked around at the message board it seems in need Scam Protection turned off.

 

Can you do this urgently please as without it I cannot login into my NHS accounts.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
