Like many other in the forum, I am having issues connecting to my work VPN through my talk talk service. The VPN connection and software work correctly everywhere else as well as a thethered 4G Connection.
Others have had newer firmware applied to their routers which is supposed to resolve this issue or alternatively a replacement router model.
Can you please apply this update to my router to see if it will fix this issue?
I am really disappointed with your direct phone support, the agent had no idea how to deal with this issue and was adamant to just fob me off with a "your line is working fine". I've had so many technical issues over the last year with talktalk that I'm really wondering if it's worth staying anymore.
There is now firmware (V1.10) that fixes the VPN issue. I will ask the OCEs to upgrade your router. Please make sure that your Community Profile is up to date.
