I need to work on a Polish server, but I'm rejected all the time, I have a problem with connections. 

I have been told by IT support that it has to be that my broadband supplier blocks it in some way... I cant remember technical terms.

Can you please help me and tel me what to do? 
I have unblocked TeamView in MyAccount but I can't do nothing with VPN... 

When I go to hotspot from EE it worked fine. So I'm sure as well that it's my Fibre...

HI I have exactly the same problem, can log into work vpn using my mobile hotspot  and at various offices, but at home on Talk talk cannot connect... I need help too please!!!

Hi,

 

I'm not seeing any issues with the connection, all usual tests are clear.

 

I've a different model router on the way so we can rule out any hardware issue.

Judging by the lack of an icon against your avatar it doesn't look like this has been done, click here and make sure your full landline number is entered where indicated.

The router is Huawei HG633
VPN Software is VyprVPN

I will try to update my profile soon. 


I have been struggling a lot... I have been used my own mobile data.

Hi @deusart,

 

What model of router do you have, and what VPN software are you trying to use.

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
