I just signed up for a new Fibre 65 broadband contract and I was promised a £80 voucher. However when I proceeded with the order this information didn't come back up again.
Please can you confirm i will be able to get this voucher again? It was partly the reason i signed up for Talk Talk instead of a different provider and I'd like to get what i was promised.
Also is there a phone number i can call where i can speak to a person? It's really hard to find one without the automated service.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
