Hi, i signed up to Talk talk with the promise of a voucher after 3 months. I have been talking to the web customer service twice already and they said they would escalate. I am still waiting for it. What needs to be done to resolve this?

Hi, is there an agreed SLA with this team you have to speak to? 1 week, 2 weeks? This is also the third time i have chased this issue and it has not been resolved. From my perspective, it seems that Talktalk are very quick to take what I owe them, but they do not give me the same courtesy. Thanks @Arne-TalkTalk @Debbie-TalkTalk
