Want to stop a cancellation for 30 /03/20 asap!

A new provider is to take over from this monday everything is set but now due to the situation it's not happening. How do I contact talktalk to still provide me service as I'm working from home and need internet. Can not get through to their customer service.

Did you SAVE updated forum profile details? It doesn't look like it, but there may be a bug in the software.....
