I was restricted then I got in at 830 found out it was disconnected so I phone as I normally pay Internet way because my pay was delayed to was cut then had issues all day trying to be unrestricted to be told 24 hours and I will have my servers it has now been 24hours and what do I see still being restricted now I can't access my account funny plus no manager keeps to there call back arrangements plus was rudely delt with anyone know if I can contact someone in the UK

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
