Wetransfer - can't download unsecured connection

Hi, for about a week now I havn't been able to download wetransfer files being sent to me. I get the following error message: 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

download.wetransfer.com uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
 
Wetransfer have said they have had several Talktalk customers with the same problem.  It worked fine around a week ago and I can download on my phone using 4G or connecting my laptop to a vodaphone mobile wifi.   Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Nope, just click on the wetransfer link (google chrome) as I have done for the past year or so (which worked fine up until a week or so ago).  I'll try the reset over lunch as we're both full on with work.  Many thanks

Hi iCarley,

 

Have you tried switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then retested this again as this will reset the current session?
