My inlaws have just switched over to TalkTalk, having the same issue.
Can't get to Facebook via their WiFi.
Unfortunately I'm too far away to help but after seeing this is a known issue, asked them to contact TalkTalk.
You can imagine the response haha... "Since you can get to all other sites, it is not a TalkTalk issue, please contact Facebook instead".
Of course they turn off WiFi and use 3G and then Facebook works just fine.
same, my wifi seemed to just not load Facebook and Instagram the last few days. please can someone help

Same issue on 14th day after connection. Cannot Facebook or use Messenger, Instagram a number of apps on the phone/tablet and even to check my Yahoo! email. Originally purchased SuperBoost in package but cancelled with in 7 days.

Hi i am having the same issue.. for 1 konth i dont use my internet i have run out of 4G.. i have talkt with 25 ppl from talktalk and they never are able to help me.. pls van anyone help.. i just feel like cancelling ..😞
Check if Homework Time is switched on in your HomeSafe Settings.
Homework Time (if on) will block access to Social Networks and Gaming Services.
If it's not switched on, try disabling HomeSafe altogether. You can update these settings here: https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/myservices/network/homesafe
