Every time I use my phone with talktalk wifi I get this message..
'whatsapp is using mobile data because the current wifi network is blocking it or there's a connection problem'
WhatsApp works on other wifi's, and no other apps seem to be effected. I used WhatsApp a lot for work so ideally would like it to function on wifi.

The replacement router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
You would just need to connect up the new router using the replacement cables and filter. You would then need to connect your devices using the wireless password from the back of the router.

For WiFi devices, you have two choices.
1. Change the SSID and WiFi password of the new router to match your old one, you have to go into the routers setting page, then all devices should connect as normal.
2. Connect your devices individually to the new SSID using the new password on the back of the router.

Thanks for confirming this. Please can you factory reset your router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds, I can then try and connect to your router again to check the firmware version.
