Why am I being over charged for my broadband

I'm supposed to be paying £19 a month but there chargeing me £26 xx can u please tell me why?

Your account went live 23.03 with the monthly cost of £24 per month for Fibre 65 with an addition of £2 for TV. 

 

Your bill is fully itemized.

Have you had a look at your recent bills to see exactly what you are being charged for and what has changed?

Have you had any boosts on a discounted rate which has come to an end perhaps?
