WiFi Hub wired connection

I work from home and the wired connection to my work PC keeps dropping.  When I log into my hub it has a question mark next to wired connection but I can’t figure out why or where to look to see what the issue is.

We have another connection at home, which I have switch to on a temp basis and doesn’t have any issues.  The problems have only started since we switched to TalkTalk.  As it’s affecting my ability to work from home I’m not impressed.

Ethernet cable is a week old, tried a different port with no effect and my pc cannot find any issues in troubleshooting.

1. Change the ethernet cable.

 

2. Try a different ethernet port on your router.

 

3. Run the network troubleshooter on your computer.
