WiFi keeps dropping out

Becoming very frustrated! Second time in a few weeks our WiFi stops broadcasting. No devices can see the router to connect. I can only get internet by Ethernet cable to the router. Tried logging into the router and it shows the WiFi status is disabled (even though the switch is toggled to on - I can’t turn it on or off anyway). I did spend an hour on live chat a fortnight ago and they got us going again but it’s now gone again. Any ideas for a permanent fix?

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
