WiFi works fine everywhere but phones

So as the subject suggests, my WiFi works fine on tablets, PC's, smart TVs etc but when you connect it to phones (all in our house) it's absolutely terrible..taking 2 minutes to load a single picture on twitter for example. Speed tests come out fine too so it's really mindboggling what this issue might be and how to fix it. Thank you in advance

What make/model of router do you have?. Have you checked in its device listings to see which Wi-Fi band the phones are connected to, the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands? If you have one of the Wi-Fi hubs, this can be found by logging into it & going to:-

Dashboard > Manage my devices

Hi asharxxiii

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.

Thanks
